The primary objective was to develop an intuitive platform that seamlessly highlighted services and contact information, ensuring ease of use for visitors. As the liaison between the client and our agency, I took charge of translating the insights gained from our discussions into the website design, while maintaining a customer-centric focus throughout the content and structure. Additionally I was responsible for the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing campaign, leveraging social media and other digital platforms to generate buzz and drive engagement around the launch. By meticulously managing each aspect of the project lifecycle and prioritising client satisfaction at every turn, we facilitated a successful transformation of Well+Being into a leading digital destination for users health journeys.
